The number one service to our employees is their safety.  There are more than 25 safety plaques and certificates on the office wall that is a testimony to our commitment to safety.  Awards began in 1987.  Safety issues are stressed in the all-employee quarterly safety meetings.  We ensure our procedures, equipment and training are OSHA-compliant with 15 voluntary inspections over the past 4 years.  We began the safety policy of annual OSHA voluntary inspections in 2015.
